We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, company), payment information (processed by Stripe), and business data you enter into the platform (technicians, sales, commissions).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Service: processing commissions, reconciling payments, managing your account, and communicating service updates.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. We implement row-level security and network isolation to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing) and when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted within 90 days.
