By accessing or using TradeKitt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeKitt provides a cloud-based platform for tracking technician commissions, reconciling payments, and managing field service business operations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeKitt's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with 30 days notice.
